2,450 metres of CommScope 12-core OS2 ECSS armoured loose-tube gel-filled Singlemode fibre (model 2121112-4) pulled across the campus. Fibre splicing and termination at both building-end and zone-end positions. Bend radius strictly enforced at every turn — Singlemode 9/125 µm fibre is sensitive to micro-bending, and industrial cable routing requires discipline. Terminated into the 12 CommScope FMS LC/UPC panels installed across 9 × 12-port and 3 × 48-port configurations.

105 × 305m coils of CommScope Cat6A U/UTP (model 760107318) — 32,025 metres total — pulled using a zone-based plan: every zone had a pre-allocated coil count, and every cable was heat-shrink labelled at both ends before termination. Pulling order sequenced to avoid cable crossing and unnecessary re-pulling. Long runs broken with intermediate pull-points where the pathway length exceeded a single coil.

Port Schedule & Labelling Framework
Before any termination began, Layerix built the port schedule spreadsheet: outlet number ↔ cable ID ↔ patch panel port ↔ physical location. Every cable labelled at both ends with a consistent scheme.
